Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within South Africa only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.  Delivery time frames are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R99. Orders over the qualifying threshold (R750) are shipped free of charge.

 

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.  Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

 

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. Axis BioLabs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time frame, contact us at hello@axisbiolabs.co.za so we can investigate with the courier.
