Refund policy
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used supplements can’t be returned, unless they are faulty.
To start a return, email hello@axisbiolabs.co.za with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted we will send a shipping waybill and details for collection.
Eligibility
Item must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll evaluate and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (your bank may take longer to post). If an item is returned for any reason other than damage or defect, the original & return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
